Make a Difference Today with a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)
Why give through your IRA?
If you are age 70 ½ or older, you may be eligible to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) directly from your IRA to support Catholic education and the students of Saint Patrick School. If you are age 73 or older, your QCD may also satisfy all or part of your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD). The school will receive the distribution directly from the IRA custodian tax-free. The donor benefits from not having to pay income tax on the distribution. You will receive a letter from the school acknowledging receipt and indicating no goods or services were received for the contribution.
